Important: OmniBoard is an information aggregation tool. We do not provide financial advice, manage funds, or execute trades on your behalf.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

4.1 Subscription Plans

4.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

4.4 Refunds

We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods. If you are dissatisfied with our Service, please contact us to discuss your concerns.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Resell, redistribute, or share your account with others
• Scrape, copy, or reverse engineer our Service

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SUBSTANTIAL RISK OF LOSS.

By using OmniBoard, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• Trading signals are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice
• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and any resulting losses
• You should never trade with money you cannot afford to lose

OmniBoard, its operators, and its data sources are not liable for any trading losses or damages resulting from the use of information provided through our Service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OmniBoard and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Trading signals and channel content belong to their respective owners. We aggregate and organize publicly available information under fair use principles.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain Service availability but do not guarantee:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
